Established in 2012, AKILADELPHIA CREATIVE CONTRACTING has quickly become a force to be reckoned with in commercial and residential General Contracting and Carpentry. We are minority owned and operated and have a diverse staff with decades of experience. We offer traditional carpentry and custom finish work. We are licensed and insured to serve the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Our Process
Beginning
Stages
We can guide your project from inception through final inspection. We have an extensive network architects, designers and expeditors that we work with to get your project off the ground. We have in house capabilities to offer 3D renderings and Virtual Walkthroughs to help bring the design full circle.
Estimating:
We have an extensive network of subcontractors, installers and fabricators. After a walkthrough or plan review, we can offer a formal proposal and firm quote and timetable. Our estimating turnaround is two weeks from final plan review or walkthrough.

Consultations

Finishing
Touches
After final inspections and occupancy, rest assured that all of our work is warrantied. Ask us about an expressed warranty during the estimating phase.
